🔹 1. CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTER OFFICIALLY IN OPERATION
⏰ Start Date: From May 5, 2025
📍 Location: Level 1 - The Loop Shopping Center, opposite Tommy Hilfiger – Pedro unit
💼 Services Provided:
- Assistance and support for customers, including emergency situations
- Parking fee redemption service

🔹 2. RELOCATION OF THE PARKING FEE REDEMPTION COUNTER
To ensure a seamless service experience, from May 2, 2025, the Parking Fee Validation Counter will be relocated and integrated into the Customer Service Counter at the new location:
📍 Level 1 - The Loop Shopping Center, opposite Tommy Hilfiger - Pedro
