ANNOUNCEMENT OF JUNE 2025 PROMOTION
1. Name of the promotion program: Celebrating 2-gether
2. Goods and services eligible for promotion: Goods and services for sale at stores within the SC (excluding goods and services prohibited from promotion or commercial trading).
3. Promoting entity: Hanoi Residential And Commercial Centre - HRCC Limited; Level 7, IPH Building, located at No. 241 Xuan Thuy Street, Dich Vong Hau Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City; tel. 090 215 9858.
4. Promotion period: from 06th June 2025 to 29th June 2025 or until all gifts have been fully distributed, whichever comes first (specific time is stated in section 7 hereinbelow).
5. Promotion location (area): The Loop Shopping Center at the Building (the “SC”).

7. Detailed content of the promotional program:
a. From 10:00 to 22:00 on the following dates: 6th–8th (Week 1), 13th–15th (Week 2), 20th–22nd (Week 3), 27th–29th June 2025 (Week 4), the Company will organize ten (10) challenges each week. The specific content of each week's challenges shall be publicly displayed at the Gift Redemption Counter – Level 1 of the SC (next to the Customer Service Desk) on the corresponding challenge days. Each of the first thirty (30) customers who successfully complete at least five (5) out of ten (10) challenges (as confirmed by the corresponding stores) on each day shall receive one (01) lucky gift box.
b. Simultaneously, from 10:00 on 23rd June 2025 to 22:00 on 29th June 2025, customers with shopping receipts valued at VND 1,000,000 or more at the SC shall be eligible to receive one of the following gifts:
- One (01) The Loop gift card valued at VND 100,000 for receipts from VND 1,000,000 to under VND 2,500,000; or
- One (01) The Loop gift card valued at VND 200,000 for receipts of VND 2,500,000 or more.
For the purpose of gift redemption, receipts must be intact, without signs of erasure or alteration. A maximum of two (02) receipts may be combined, and they must be presented for redemption on the same day of purchase.
c. The programs described in points (a) and (b) of this section may be applied concurrently. Accordingly, customers who meet the conditions of both programs may receive both types of gifts.
