IPH Building Officially Achieves LEED Platinum Certification - The Highest Level in the World’s Leading Green Building Rating System

IPH Office Tower & The Loop Shopping Center complex has been proudly awarded LEED v4.1 Platinum Certification (in the Operations & Maintenance category) by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

Notably, The Loop is the first shopping center in Vietnam to earn LEED v4.1 Platinum - a milestone that highlights our commitment to sustainable development, operational excellence, and environmental responsibility.
