Lights Off Festival 2025 joins hands with the Earth Hour movement under the theme "Waste is a Resource," bringing to life a charming Vietnamese Village concept — a rustic yet meaningful space. Each area has its own name and unique experiences, aiming to revive sustainable traditions of the past through the message "Turn Off Fast Living, Turn On Green Living".
